what I've been cooking the past couple of weeks or so... cubed tofu toss with smoked tomatoes & jalapeño, maiitake mushrooms, roasted red pepper, kalamatas & collard raab. served with mac & teese & more diced collard raab.  AFR broccoli bistro chowder (made with brussel raab, basil & parsley - super greenz)  I bought a stovetop smoker a couple weeks ago, hence all the smoking lately - smoked cherry tomatoes over brussel raab & basil pesto bruschetta  just cause I adore it so - matcha soy latte from little t baker  Vegan Brunch omelette and curry roasted potatoes  smoked potato nut cheese, heavily adapted from The Real Food Daily cookbook. it's an early test run for the next vegan supper club my friend and I are holding.  the type of easy meal that makes me happy - smoked tofu, creminis, whole wheat pasta and homemade, super garlicky marinara  fried rice with lemongrass tofu (from thanh son tofu)  2 recent pies from the test kitchen: apple cashew creme crumb  Manhattan Mudpie with bittersweet chocolate pudding baked in!

Whoa! I've the different kinds of greens, and all that pie! I've been eying a stove top smoker for a while, but my stove is a glass top, so I'm afraid of what it might do.
