You can also find dried lobster mushrooms online, i bought mine from amazon although I have to say that when I made the dishes with fresh lobster mushrooms the taste was one hundred times better. I would suggest trying oyster mushrooms in place of lobster mushrooms if you can't find them but I haven't actually made this substitution myself for the dishes in Vegan Celebrations.

Ah thankyou! Fresh oyster mushrooms are quite easy to find so I can give them a go in the interim.

I think we ate the African Peanut Soup (228) once a week this winter. If Ryan had his way it would be more often! I make it with any veg that needs to be used, & leftovers are great.

I made the Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes and Green Bean Casserole yesterday as a test run for Christmas. The potatoes were amazing! The green beans came up alright, I only had half the quantity of beans but I ended up making double the sauce to actually do more than coat the beans.

Having just got Vegan Eats World I was excited to see a recipe for Jamaican Curry Powder, I might make the Jamaican Curry Pumpkin Soup yet from Q&E VC.
