1. Vegan Dad's blog, if that counts. 2. Easy Vegan Cooking (there are lots of very bland things, but the good things are really good and a lot of it basically throw-it-together comfort food) 3. How it all Vegan 4. Asian Vegan Kitchen is just one of the best cookery books in the world. 5. Madhur Jaffrey's World Vegetarian (is not vegan, but it's a strapping colossus of a book so there are so many vegan recipes in it that it has to count)
EDIT: So it turns out I posted in this thread already. Veganomicon's muffins were pushed aside by Madhur Jaffrey because I've eaten too many sweet things today. Sorry Isa, you're like number five and a half?

Veganomicon Vegan with a Vengeance Viva Vegan Vegan Diner Vegan Brunch
I feel like such a fan girl, but I really love all of these books so much and always come back to them over and over again. I have a ton of cookbooks though and try to give them all a little love when I can!
