If someone could help me out, I would be very appreciative. I am moving and I have packed my cookbooks. That was very stupid of me, because now I *need* beer battered tofu and I can't remember the proportions for the batter. (I tried to do the "search inside" thing on Amazon but I couldn't get it to cooperate.)
If someone could PM me the recipe I would be eternally grateful. Thanks!
