It's Colleen Patrick-Goudreau's new book. I have a review copy, and it's beautiful! I thought the concept sounded a little hokey at first but it's really well done. And there's lots of photos. I will be cooking from it this weekend and will report back!

I preordered it! I saw a video she made of her flipping through the pages and it looked beautiful.

I'm interested in it too, I've only cooked a few things from Vegan Table (because I got it from the library) but I liked what I made and it was a beautiful book.

How does it compare to Vegan Table? I love the look of it but haven't made much and all the things that caught my eye are actually from other books.

Yeah...I'm wondering if it will end up being like that, which is what the Vegan Table is like for me. I'm going to try a few things today. I've looked through it a couple of times, and the recipes seem more unique that most of the ones in the Vegan Table though.

Oh well, if half the recipes aren't actually written by Eric Tucker it might be worth a look. (I adore Eric Tucker, but would rather read his own recipes than see them in someone else's book).

I saw this at Veggie Pride LA this weekend and it was so pretty. I just bought myself 3 new books, so this will have to wait, but I'm interested to hear how people like the recipes.

I am really interested in this because I am obsessed with antioxidants, tasting the rainbow, etc, so I would love to hear how people like it!

I will definitely have to get this. I really love the Vegan Table. Some of the recipes in that book have become staples for me. I'm really looking forward to this one!

I just got this book. I love the concept, because I try to make every bite I eat fill a nutritional value, and I love pretty and colorful food. This is how I try to live my life, so a book that showcases all these colors and beautiful food is awesome.
There are quite a few pictures, but I would have loved to see more....nothing better than pretty pictures in a cookbook.
I love all the information in the book. There are healthy tidbits throught the book.
Probably the recipe that makes me want to eat it off the page the most is the Lavender Roasted Purple Potatoes and Purple onions.
The green tea cupcakes makes me want to lick the page,
There are just so many good looking recipes in this book. I've got some beets, so I may try the Beet burgers soon.
I'll post as I make stuff.

I haven't seen this book, but when I first saw the title of this post, I thought of a vegan coloring book. And now I really want a vegan coloring book.

I just got this and haven't made anything yet. It's beautiful. For anyone else who reads cookbooks like novels, it's a bit repetitive. I've read a dozen times that carrots didn't used to be orange and that sweet potatoes aren't really yams.

I bought blueberries just so I could make the blueberry ketchup. I'm going to eat it with sweet potato fries.

A friend of mine got this for Christmas and I had a flick through it at her place, it's so pretty. Not sure whether or not I'll get it though, I guess I might need to hear more actual recipe recommendations to sway me.

I made the blueberry ketchup. I had to add some cornstarch to get it to thicken, but otherwise it is freaking delicious,

I picked up a copy and have been reading through it, a lot of the recipes sound good. I've only made the lemon raspberry muffins and the oat bread so far, haven't tried anything savory. The muffins were yummy and so was the bread but I would recommend measuring instead of weighing the flour for the bread as I found there was way too much water compared to flour so the dough was extremely sticky, I had to add an additional 1 to 2 cups.

I made the Couscous and Veggie Medley as well as the Irish Mashed Potatoes with Kale this week. Both are tasty.

I got the book for Christmas, but haven't cooked out of it yet. I was excited for it because well I need to eat healthier and I know that eating with lots of colorful foods is good for you.

Hi there! I'm a lurker, and although I find the idea of just posting "HAHA" appealing, I think I'll post something useful instead. Recipes I've loved so far: - Apricot Red Lentil Stew: This is delicious! I've probably already made it five times since I got the book. It reminds me of the Red Lentil and Artichoke Stew from The Vegan Table, which I love as well. - Pineapple and Mango Chutney: first time that I tried to make chutney and it was yummy! - Miso Fennel Ginger Soup: I don't really like fennel all that much, but it's delicious in this recipe. I threw some spinach into the soup as well, and served it with soba. - Chocolate Cherry Cookies: Those turned out great. I drizzled the chocolate on them after I got them out of the oven, because it didn't look that pretty when I put it on beforehand. Oh, and I used an egg replacer instead of the flaxseeds, because I don't have a grinder. - Thai Coconut Soup: I used cremini instead of straw mushrooms. This is a quick and easy recipe and it tastes great! I really like this book. My only minor complaint is that it doesn't contain enough main dishes for my taste. I'm usually not fancy enough to bother with appetizers and stuff!

I just picked this up at the Borders liquidation sale. It's so pretty, but none of the recipes grabbed me in my first flip through. I'm bumping this post up in the hopes that someone will inspire me to try out some recipes.

I just got it & I can't decide what to make either. I think I might go for the Apricot Red Lentil Stew that Shukriyya mentioned, it sounds tasty & I think I have most of the ingredients.
