Has anyone cooked from this? I know it is dairy heavy but I'm hoping most of it can be veganized. From what I have seen it is absolutely visually stunning and the recipes look very simple yet inspiring.

she has a lot of the book content on her pinterest page. http://www.pinterest.com/theforestfeast ... t-recipes/

I keep going back and forth on buying the book, since there's no preview on Amazon and my library doesn't have it. Admittedly, I just want it because it's a beautiful book.

I randomnly picked this up in a bookshop a couple of weeks ago (I was just killing time, and was not planning on spending any money!!) and ended up buying it immediately. I actually did an audible intake of breath at how beautiful it is and the dude nearby gave me a curious look. Yes, cookbooks are my fetish! :P
I've made quite a lot from it already. Mostly salads which have all been tasty. There is quite a lot of dairy and a few (not many) egg recipes but almost all of them could be easily veganized with different vegan cheeses, tofu, etc.
I find it quite inspiring to flip through, and it makes me want to eat beautiful, vibrant meals every day!
