I made either that one or the VEW one. That's not very helpful, sorry, but half my meal was one and half the other. Whichever one I made I liked it and hub was not quite so keen.

Is it on your bloggityblog? I'd love to see how it turned out! Brett really loves the version our local spot makes and I'd like to do something similar - maybe for V-Day? Mmmmm Misir Watt, heartshaped injera, tikil gomen and buticha

(Is it too soon to be thinking of V-Day?)

I just checked Terry's tester forum and it was her version I made, not this one. I've never eaten it anywhere else but I was a good contrast to the other textures. I thought I'd blogged about it and don't seem to have, but I found my Flickr picture http://www.flickr.com/photos/lizw/66187 ... otostream/

(the lentils were also from VEW, the soy curls, greens and salad were from Papa Tofu)

i don't think the butecha in either is like the one from mesob. that stuff is magical.

Anyone make the Buticha?

Yes! It rocks! Make it! (I've never had any other buticha, so I can't compare it to anything else, but my omni spouse really liked it too. I haven't fed it to anyone else yet, but I would.)
