I made either that one or the VEW one. That's not very helpful, sorry, but half my meal was one and half the other. Whichever one I made I liked it and hub was not quite so keen.

Is it on your bloggityblog? I'd love to see how it turned out! Brett really loves the version our local spot makes and I'd like to do something similar - maybe for V-Day? Mmmmm Misir Watt, heartshaped injera, tikil gomen and buticha

I just checked Terry's tester forum and it was her version I made, not this one. I've never eaten it anywhere else but I was a good contrast to the other textures. i don't think the butecha in either is like the one from mesob. that stuff is magical.

Yes, I saw Robin Robertson's recipe for butecha in VegNews and its basically hummus....
