Does anyone have this book? Thinking about ordering it but wanted to see what people thought of it.

I made this recipe over the weekend from the cookbook and loved it. http://www.vegkitchen.com/recipes/veget ... muhummara/

It makes a lot and takes a while to process in the processor, so I'd recommend dicing the beets into smaller pieces. And I increased the cumin and red pepper flakes because I thought it could use a little more spice. I love this dip!

Makes for a delicious sandwich spread with some greens and baked hummus (I used my go-to recipe, the sweet ginger tofu from Peter Berley's Modern Vegetarian Kitchen).

I haven't been on here forever, but I wrote a review of the book I got as a review copy. If you're okay with gluten and sugar, then you absolutely must make the chocolate carrot cake.

Anyway, if you're interested you can find it here: http://www.oncardamomandcastiron.com/20 ... atter.html
