Got a certain amount of beetroot leaves from grandma's garden in my fridge and I'm looking for recipes. Any ideas are welcome :)

You could use them anywhere you would spinach, really. I like them sauteed with olive oil, lemon juice and garlic.

Or where you would use Chard. Chard and beetroot leacves are pretty much the same thing.

I like them in borscht (beet soup) or really, most any soup. But borscht is easy, because you make it with the beets, then the tops go in, too!
