Help me get inspired. I've got all three and have made some things here and there, liked a few quite a bit but also underwhelmed at other times. What are your favorites?

I love Dreena! I have all three but I mainly use ED&BV and VLV. Here's what I have made and loved...
From VLV: Blueberry Bounty Buns, Oat Bars, Cannellini Yam Hummus, Celebrity Bean and Rice Cakes, Lemon Herb Tofu, Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares (made these yesterday, gone today) Chocolate chip cookies (best ever)
ED&BV: Celestial Cream (SO GOOD), Raspberry scones, Pan fried Tempt-eh, Spiced Nuts, Warm and Cheesy white bean dip, Balsamic Maple Sauce, Living Caesar Dressing, White Bean Spread, Blackened Tofu, Garlicky Broccoli burritos, Hide the Lentils tomato sauce, Polenta casserole, Popcorn fries, Chocolate mint melties, You Got Peanut Butter in My Chocolate Cookies
Now I am inspired to try some new recipes from these books. I always make the same ones over and over again but there are still a ton that I haven't tried from all of her books.

Definitely the chocolate chip cookies from VLV. I only made them once, but I thought the sweet and sour tofu balls from her first book were really good.

The fudgy brownies from VLV are great. Also the miso-curry roasted potatoes.

i have ED&BV and EV
from ED&BV: the chickpea patties with potato squashers and miso gravy. awesome. the thai chickn pizza was also pretty good. those are two off the top of my head that i remember really liking and that i make regularly.
EV: the sweet and sour tofu balls are pretty good. i LOVE the savory tofu burgers. i make these all.the.time. for sure, my favorite veggie burger. they're delicious with some buffalo sauce mixed with veganaise (i know, awesome, right??)

I made the white bean rosemary soup from EDBV last night, yum! I've made most things from that book and haven't come across anything I didn't like yet. The sweet potato chili was a little iffy for me since I like my chili more savoury but that's it.

ED&BV is one of my favorites. I really love the lemon garlic pasta; it's what I make when I'm not really sure what I want. However I always: reduce the amount of pasta to 1/2 lb so there is enough sauce, use pine nuts and basil, blend the sauce in a blender, and add the optional nooch (about 1/4 cup) to make it nice and creamy.
I am also a big fan of the caesar salad with polenta croutons. And I like to add Morningstar chick'n strips to both of these to make them more filling.

They turn out way fudgier than most recipes I've tried, and they don't require anything my mom (or any omni) wouldn't keep in her pantry other than soy milk. Also from VLV, I really like the Rosemary Seasoned Tofu Balls. My omni hubs kind of freakishly loves them. Usually, I sub in different veg based on what's in the fridge. From EDBV, I REALLY like the Teriyaki Quinoa and the Lemon Garlic Pasta (I've modified it pretty heavily to suit my tastes, but I love the fast and simple idea of it).

I love ED&BV! Tamari chickpeas are a much-loved staple, and I loved the Thai pizza, blackened tofu, raspberry chocolate-chip scones, chocolate mint cookies, entire hummus chapter, polenta fries, and more...wish I had my book on me. It's one of my cookbooks that is stained with a lot of food splatters, which is disgusting, but a sign of love. :)

I just have ED&BV and I love it! My favorite thing in that book is the roasted red pepper & almond hummus. I usually end up adding a bit more red wine vinegar than the recipe calls for. But that stuff is so good, I can just eat it with a spoon!
I also love the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies! My husband and oldest son absolutely loved the cocoa coconut chili. I also made a stir fry with soba noodles? I can't remember what it's called, but it had a lot of lime juice. Very flavorful! Another favorite is the Beats a BLT Sandwich.

The cannellini yam dip/hummus in VLV is out of this world. But I always add more chipotle sauce or some smoked Spanish paprika.
I made the goddess garbanzo sandwich spread from ED&BV last week and loved it. And I'm about to try the Lemon Chickpea Lentil soup, which looks so delicious.

From ED&BV, the sunny pineapple yoghurt cake with orange glaze is delicious. I made it for my non-vegan mum for mothers day, and she made it four times in the next month or so, for various work events and friends birthdays. Last time I visited her she made it especially, she's obsessed! Then my non-vegan friend bought the book and made it and her whole house devoured it and demanded more. It is deeeelish!

A while ago, I found a picture online of a hummus recipe (straight out of the book, but with no title). It took me a while to discover that it was the Creamy Hummus from VLV. I still don't own any of the books, but that hummus recipe is the best one I've ever made. I make it several times a week. I'm pretty sure I could live off of hummus.

I only have ED&BV and also need to explore it more. I have however made countless times the gravy. I'm not a gravy person and this is the only one I ever make, and I usually double the recipe because I eat one batch myself. Then there are those healthy cookies, can't remember the name of them but it's a very easy recipe with spelt flour, oats I think, almond butter, desiccated coconut and dried fruits. It's a recipe where you can add whatever combination of dried fruits/nuts/chop chips you want. They are quick to make and simply awesome. I add chocolate chips and dried raspberry. That combination is out of this world and EVERYONE who's ever had one loves them to pieces (or rather, crumbs).

I have all 3 but have only cooked from ED&BV.
I LOVE Roasted Garlic and Artichoke spread with Fresh Oregano. I use dried oregano, and often double this recipe. It's so good to take to parties, I use it as a dip and sometimes as a sandwich spread. It's melt in your mouth good and everyone who tries it raves about it.
I swear I've made at least one other thing from it but I can't find it. If I figure it out, I'll edit and add it.

ED&BV! my favorite cookbook!
big hits: -double carob cashew cookies (except i use cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and regular flour...i'm sure they're awesome either way) -white chocolate macadamia cookies -lemon poppyseed crackle cookies (my favorite cookies ever!) -coconut lime basmati rice (goes great with thai food) -thai chick-un pizza (the sauce is great for just veggies and such also) -sesame lime soba noodles w/shiitake mushrooms & snow peas -savory french lentils -polenta casserole -palak soyabina panira -lemony cashew-basil pesto (this is my go-to pesto recipe now) -lemon garlic pasta -cumin lime tofu -cashew-ginger tofu -broccoli cashew teriyaki tofu stir-fry -goddess garbanzos -one wild chick soup
did not love: -sweet & sour chipotle tempeh w/sweet potatoes (too sweet for me!) -quinoa chickpea confetti casserole (i found this to be rather bland)
i have everyday vegan too, but haven't made anything out of it for whatever reason. nothing has popped out to me so far.

I have ED&BV - now I want the other ones! The truffles are incredible. I like the blackened tofu - I usually cut in into strips and put it on top of the VCON caesar salad. The corn tortilla lasagna thing is great, and is awesome with a salad with the cumin-cinnamon vinaigrette. Don't know if I've made much else yet, but now I've got some ideas.

ED&BV: The Veggie Tempeh Muffuletta is one of my all-time favorites. I've also made and loved:
Lemon Garlic Pasta Palak Soyabina Panira Spicoli Burgers Thai Chick-un Pizza Warm Potato Spinach Salad with Pine Nut Dressing Super Charge Me! Cookies
The Peanut Better Cookies in VLV are fantastic.
She has a new cookbook coming out next fall. I can't wait!
