Im surprised there is no thread for this already.
I used my gift certificate to break my cookbook no buy, but my first recipe has turned out badly. Is there a mistake in the green bean casserole? I have a messy pile of gummy sauce and raw beans, even after an hour.

I'm assuming you mean Quick and Easy vegan Celebrations? There was a short thread on that by that title last Nov. Rachell37 said she made the green bean casserole billions of times, so hopefully she'll read this and give you some tips. I made the Tourkey cutlets with sage gravy and cornbread stuffing for Thanksgiving both last year and this year. I wish I could have it EVERY night. And, it really is a quick and easy meal to prepare.
Hopefully you'll have better luck with other recipes, and I definitely want to try more myself.
