I am interested in testing recipes for cookbooks, but have no idea how to become a tester. Educate me, ppk. Thanks!

People ask, and you say yes. There's no secret society. When I've tested recipes (including for Isa and Terry), the authors just asked for testers on the PPK and I put my hand up. Just be patient, opportunities will come around.
