I want to pick this up but it says it's "optimized for larger screens," as many of the cookbooks say. Does anyone know if this is readable on the new Kindle Touch? Thanks!

I love this book! Last night for dinner we made the crispy tofu and brussels sprouts over soft polenta and it was awesome! Just wanted to tell anyone who doesn't have the book yet that they NEED it :)
