I know it's not really a cookbook but I didn't know where else to post.
I'm interested in buying this book for my Mum for xmas (I know very late on organizing presents..) but haven't really read much about it. Does anyone have it and/or think it would be a good present for someone who enjoys all the vegan food I cook when I'm at home but doesn't really know a great deal about veganism and the reasons why one might want to be vegan??

If not, any other recommendations of something like that?

Bumping this. Does nobody have anything to say about this book?!

The book is divided into days, with a bit of advice about going vegan on each day. A recipe or advice on how to eat out or adapt at family get-togethers. It's a book targeted at people who want to go vegan. I wouldn't really get it as a gift unless you're certain the person is interested in learning more about veganism. Gifts that are essentially unsolicited advice seem like a bad idea to me. At the very least, it seems like a gift that's about you and not about your mother.
