Anyone have it? Any favorites? I just got it, and lots of recipes look great, but some of them look kind of insane, like the maple tahini sauce, which has 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/2 cup hemp oil, and 1/4 TEASPOON of maple syrup, among other things. I'd love to hear what people like from it...

I'm curious to hear what people have to say! I read the original Thrive and most of the recipes sounded tasty, but many required a lot of hard to find, expensive ingredients. I really liked it for the recipes for gels, recovery drinks, etc. though. I was debating about whether I should order Thrive Foods...my library doesn't have it so I can't try before I buy.

I don't know, the recipes seem a little odd to me. They seem pretty full of fats. I realize the guy is a triathelete but I'm lucky to run four miles in a day, so a recipe with 6 tablespoons of olive oil would be overkill. Some of the salads sound tasty though, and the quinoa falafel balls sound good too.

I made the Red Raspberry Frozen Fruit Pops last night. I used mixed berries instead of raspberries and agave instead of date syrup because it's what I had on hand. They turned out excellent! Everyone in my family loved them!
