Does anyone know if the pies in Vegan pies in the sky can be frozen for a few weeks? I am thinking of making the Chocolate Hazelnut Truffle Tart or the Chocolate-Orange Hazelnut Tarts. Are there any recipes in this book which will not freeze? Thanks!

I froze cherrywood and a bunch of handpies. I reheat them in the oven. The handpies freeze brilliantly.
The hazelnut tarts are so quick to make, I don't think I would bother with trying to freeze those.

I froze some of almost every pie I made during recipe testing (including the Chocolate Orange Hazelnut Tarts), and they all came out unscathed and delicious, even the cheesecakes.
