Anyone have this book, and made anything from it? I've had it for a while, and just recently decided to start cooking some dinners from it. This isn't truly a low-carb cookbook, because it uses veggies, beans, grains, etc. The recipes sound really good and healthy.
Suggestions? Experiences? This week I'm planning on making the Eggplant Lasagna with Spinach Pesto, and the Sinless Shepherd's Pie.
