I got it from the library! It's by Jennifer Katzinger, founder of bakery of the same name in Seattle.
The Mexican Chocolate Cake was awesome.Pumpkin bread was good. Stevia Wonders I didn't like.
They have a few savory dishes too. Russian Potato & Cabbage Piroshkis were good, they use their bakery house bread recipe for the dough and then the filling is potato,white beans and cabbage.
I need to return the book to the library now.
