This book comes out Tuesday. I did preorder it, but I'm not 100% sure I will like it. Some of her stuff looks pretty, but I don't know how it will taste. Also I have zero desire to ever adopt any sort of "fully raw" diet. I just want to occasionally make stuff from her book to make sure I'm incorporating lots of veggies into my diet.

The preview didn't give away any recipes sadly:

Edit to add: there actually is a free recipe on the Amazon page, not in the book preview, for her "Super Sweet Pink Smoothie"

Got the book today. It actually has a ton of yummy healthful recipes in there. Tomorrow we will make the cucumber dill dressing and just put it on some fresh greens from our garden. Then also make the raw fettuccine Alfredo.

I was reading these to my boyfriend who was so excited to bust out the pasta maker again. Imagine his disappointment when I told him the pasta was zucchinis run through our spiralizer. :)

Oh, also, this is one of those books that has like 20+ pictures of the author in it.
