Hey all!

I'm a huge fan of Vegan Cupcakes Take over the World and for a time in my life I used to bake the recipes all the time... I want to revisit the s'mores recipe but something is jogging my memory about having an issue with the frosting melting... but I might be wrong.

I need to bake the cupcakes for an event in the evening, and I need to bake them the night before and can't refrigerate them for 24 hours. Do you think the Fluffy Buttercream Frosting will have melting issues in this time?

Thanks so much!

Not unless it is super hot in your home. I made a cake on Sunday and the frosting is still a-okay today (and we didn't turn on the AC until yesterday evening--it was pretty warm in here before that).

What Tzippy said. I don't know where you are, but if it's super hot then any icing will melt. Might your past melting issues have been due to impatience and icing the cupcakes before they were totally cooled?
