Does anyone else have this book? Bunner's - Simple & Delicious Gluten-Free Vegan Treats
It's full of gluten-free recipes from Bunner's Bake Shop in Toronto. I saw it in the bookstore and it was just too pretty not to buy but I can't seem to find any reviews for it online. This is my first gluten-free baking book, so if anyone else tried any of the recipes, I'd love to know how they turn out. I'm going to give it a try and experiment with it this weekend.

I haven't seen the book, but if the recipes are anywhere near what they sell in their bakery - yum!

my sister has been baking from it using bob's red mill AP gluten free flour (i think - haven't looked at the book to see if that's what the recipes are based on, but) - everything is great, but a bit sweet for my tastes.

I made the banana muffins last and they turned out really good! I was disappointed that even though I used my fancy commercial muffin pan, they look nothing like the picture. They look like your standard homemade muffins and not like the giant muffin-topped ones in the picture, but delicious none the less. So my first attempt a gluten-free baking was a success :)
