I saw this book at work, and I was instantly in. love. I always wanted to learn how to can, and this is just that old-fashioned feel to it. It isn't vegan (there is an entire curd section that uses eggs which made me sad, but i think if you could find a basic veganized recipe for curd, everything else is veganizable). Oh and she uses honey for a few recipes, again, I bet easily swappable for agave or maple syrup or whatever.
But there is a huge jam, jelly, pickling chapters (naturally) but also nut butters, and ketchups & mustards as well.
