YUM!
I did some subs and this was good:
I didn't have rice wine, so I used rice vinegar. Win.
Also instead of the euro cabbage, which I don't think we can get in Oz, I used shredded silver beat leaves, which I added just at the end.
I also included the stems of the silver beat finely sliced, which added a bit of crunch, and some soba noodles, which I cooked in a bit before that.
Super happy camper!
