Does anyone have this? I got it on a recommendation from a non PPKer friend. It looks from the cover like it'll be really dull but it's not.

I've only made 3 things so far but I have lots bookmarked to try. I made the Texas Tofu Migas for breakfast last week which was great. The aubergine garlic orecchiette needed a bit of tweaking - as it was, the sauce was just pure wine. It was fine but I probably wouldn't make it again. Then a few nights ago I made the rice noodles with the rocket and lime pesto, and served it with baked sesame tofu from somewhere else. It was really light, tasty and refreshing, and would have been perfect if we were having a summer.

Sorry to bump such an old thread, but this was a Christmas gift that I haven't touched yet, except to flip through. I admittedly love the sound of all the staples in the first chapter, but I'm too lazy to make soy milk, etc. Anyone have this book and would recommend a particular recipe?
