I need to make a lot of cupcakes for the weekend. I will be busy toward the end of the week, but I have a lot of time for baking right now. I'm wondering if any of you have had success freezing any of the recipes from VCTOW. If so which recipes freeze best? Or if you know of any dessert recipes that can be made ahead and frozen from else where...that you can share with me...that would be great too. I'm think I can squeeze in some time to make the frosting(s) the day before. Any suggestions?

I've frozen the basic vanilla and basic chocolate cupcakes successfully, with no problems.
