As in, I Know How to Cook by Ginette Mathiot

I got this book when if first came out as somewhat of a novelty. My grandmother is French & it makes me think of her.

I have to be honest, I love vegan food for its creativity & deliciousness, but I am not one myself (just a vegetarian), so I make a lot of the pastries out of this book. They all use eggs &/or butter. I'm wondering if anyone has been able to veganize any of I Know How to Cook's recepies, or if anyone has any thoughts on this book in general.

I have never had any of the recipes out of the book and depending what they are, should be easy to make vegan.
