Hi PPK! I was brainstorming how I was going to pay my bills this month (I am super underemployed right now and it's really scary) and it occurred to me that, while I have sold a ton of books at Powell's lately, I still have so many vegan and vegetarian cookbooks lying around that maybe someone on the PPK would get better use out of. I might be adding a lot more to the list. They are all in lightly used condition, and I can offer more details about the condition of a book if you're interested. I'm willing to part with them for whatever they're being sold for used on the internet elsewhere.

The Mediterranean Vegan Kitchen by Donna Klein
The Garden of Vegan by Tanya Barnard and Sarah Kramer
The Vegan Gourmet by Susann Geiskopf-Hadler and Mindy Toomay
Vegetarian Sushi Made Easy by Hiroko Fukuhara and Yasuko Takahata
The New Vegan by Janet Hudson
awesome! by Brigitte Mars
The Conscious Cook by Tal Ronnen
The Grit Restaurant Cookbook by Jessica Greene and Ted Hafer
My Sweet Vegan by Hannah Kaminsky
Sinfully Vegan by Lois Dieterly
Vegan Fire and Spice by Robin Robertson

And some more:

The Candle Cafe Cookbook by Joy Pierson and Bart Potenza with Barbara Scott-Goodman
Friendly Foods by Brother Ron Pickarski
Good Time Eatin' in Cajun Country: Cajun Vegetarian Cooking by Donna Simon
The Gluten-Free Vegan by Susan O'Brien
Babycakes by Erin McKenna
The Political Palate: A Feminist Vegetarian Cookbook by The Bloodroot Collective (has an upsetting anti-trans quote, as well as tons of dairy, from 1980)
RAWvolution by Matt Amsden
