Heya folks,
For anyone who owns the book, could you tell me what page the recipe for the "Unfried Refried" beans are? I can't seem to find it. :( I will feel dumb if all my scanning the index and the recipe Table of Contents certifies me as illiterate.
It was mentioned in the Beans chapter under Pinto beans. I was hoping there was a corresponding recipe in the book. I love refried beans!

I was confused by that too! Maybe the Unfried Refried recipe was meant to go in Veganomicon first?
