I looked through it at B&N the other day and I'm excited it's more like a real book than the last one! I'm oddly annoyed that the last page of the index is glued to the back cover though and that the pics of food don't have the page numbers.

Rejuvelac is quite easy to make, kittee. I could give you a recipe if there isn't one included.

I am undecided about whether to get this book as I wasn't terribly enthused with her last one. Is it heavy on dehydrator recipes? I don't have a dehydrator, so I'm not sure how useful it would be.

I've been reading a thread about the recipes at her forum. From what has been posted so far, there are similar recipes in my Ani Phyo books that I can make, but a new book is a new book and I do love to buy new books ....

I think we all see where this is going. :-)

thanks, she does give a rejuvelac recipe, but it's made with wheat and rye berries. i am going to make some with quinoa and then give the cheezes a shot! yes, lots of dehydrator recipes. i looked through the whole book last night, i wish i could get into cooking like this, or un cooking whatever, but i really can't, for instance, the crackers i want to make today--nuts need to be soaked for 8 hours, sundried tomatoes for 3, then the whole thing is dehydrated for 8 hours and it only makes one sheet of crackers. but with two cups of seeds!!! so expensive and time/energy inefficient.

Russell James has a nut cheese recipe book on his site and the recipes are rejuvelac free and phenomenal!!
If you are interested I could message you a sample recipe.
