Sorry to bump this thread again; I just realized I actually have this exact book in it's original Danish, and yeah, it's called 'Vegetarisk Vellyst' which literally translates to 'Vegetarian Pleasures/Delights'. The book itself is actually really lovely and has great pictures, so it's too bad the publisher had to be a cork.

There was something from the book in this month's Vegetarian Living - maybe something about vegetarian sandwich ideas? About 95% of them were cheese or egg I think, I only skimmed it.
