The cookbook is on its way to me, I'm excited about it. It seems different that other cookbooks I have.

From the blurb on amazon, my impression is that maybe the recipes will be a little more time consuming, yet not have any weird or hard-to-find ingredients. The recipes sound like they would be on the menu of a very nice vegan restaurant so I'm excited about making some fancy food in my own kitchen!

Let us know. I got sent his last one to review and wasn't hugely impressed. Every recipe had like a gallon of flax oil in! I am far from a no oil person, but I cut it down and used a different oil and still a few things I tried were too oily.

did you review speed vegan or his omega 3 cuisine cookbook? if the latter, that might explain the overabundance of oil. also kinda strange that the omega 3 cuisine cookbook calls for a specific type of oil that people might not be able to find at their grocery store.

i am also receiving this to review. i'll be sure to post back with some quick first impressions.

It was Speed Vegan, but he definitely carried the Omega 3 principles through to it.
