Does anyone have this cookbook? Have you seen it at a brick and mortar bookstore or at the library? Is there an online preview or recipes posted somewhere?

Amazon doesn't allow a "Look inside" feature with this book, there is no ebook version and therefore no kindle sample, and my library doesn't carry it, but I want to know how many recipes are (A) good and (B) can be veganized. If you've seen this cookbook, please let me know!

I saw it in a bookstore but only had time for a very quick look... there were nice-looking pictures, but I came across animal ingredients in all the (few) recipes I looked at.

Nice looking cookbook!
I haven't seen it yet but I have many of his previous ones. He has repeated recipes.
I would venture it is vegan friendly based on his other cookbooks, but I can't be sure.

FYI, the amazon review says:
Most of the recipes can be easily made vegan by swapping out agave for honey, using olive oil in place of butter, or by omitting the cheese and eggs (there are relatively few recipes that call for either).

So that answers that question, but I would still love to hear from anyone who has cooked out of it. I found one recipe that's vegetarian but not vegan posted online but in addition to needing to be veganized, it's sweet for my taste. Does anyone know if most of the recipes are savory or sweet?

If I find out I will let you know. In any case, I bet there is probably something similar to this one, which is from his previous cookbook:
