FYI, the amazon review says:
Most of the recipes can be easily made vegan by swapping out agave for honey, using olive oil in place of butter, or by omitting the cheese and eggs (there are relatively few recipes that call for either).
So that answers that question, but I would still love to hear from anyone who has cooked out of it. I found one recipe that's vegetarian but not vegan posted online
but in addition to needing to be veganized, it's sweet for my taste. Does anyone know if most of the recipes are savory or sweet?
