I'm holding my review ransom until I get my book. I also forgot about a lot of the early recipes like scarlet barley. So I can't wait to flip threw them and think back to all the deliciousness.

I posted my review. Everybody should buy this book! It is great that it is diet friendly, but nobody should be scared off by this: it is NOT a niche book at all. All of the recipes are easy, tasty, weeknight friendly fare.
I have Barnard's book and a lot of those recipes are lacking in flavor and I wouldn't race to recommend that to people not trying lose weight, but this one everybody needs.
If there is justice in publishing, AFR will be more popular than Skinny bisque.

I just got mine and I am in love with how pretty it is. I love the little drawings. I will leave a review. I am obsessed by the Peanut Lime Dragon Dressing - I love spicy dressings on salad in the winter <3
Oh, and I bought it through the PPK store on Amazon so you can get your KitchenAid.
