So far no detrimental typos! But there is some nutritional info missing from a few recipes, namely carbs aren't listed. Here they are:

butternut coconut rice
Carb-47g
Sugars-5g

soft broccoli polenta
Carb-24g
Sugars-2g

unfried fried rice
Carb-51g
Sugars-5g

scarlet barley
Carb-33g
Sugars-5g

cranberry cashew biryani
Carb-54g
Sugars-8g

brussels sprout - potato hash
Carb-29g
Sugars-3g

ginger mashed sweet potatoes and apples
Carb-44g
Sugars-16g

silky chickpea gravy
Carb-11g
Sugars-2g

caulipots
Carb-37g
Sugars-4g

Spicy Blue Potato & Corn Salad
Carbs-54g
Sugars-3g

Quinoa Salad with Black Beans & Toasted Cumin Seeds
Carbs-42g
Sugars-3g

Vietnamese Rice Noodle Salad with Grilled Tofu
Carbs-41g
Sugars-3g

Tamarind BBQ Tempeh & Sweet Potatoes
Carbs-69g
Sugars-18g

Fusilli Roasted Veggie Primavera
Carbs-63g
Sugars-13g

Easy Breezy Cheezy Sauce
Carbs-7g
Sugars-0g

Pasta de los Angeles (This is at 4 servings. Did that change in the book?)
Carbs-87g
Sugars-9g

Caldo Verde with Crumbled Tempeh
Carbs-37g
Sugars-4g

Fresh Corn & Scallion Corn Bread
Carbs-30g
Sugars-<1g

Other issues:
-Split pea soup mentions lentils, that's just a mistake! I meant split peas (obvs.)

-If there is any nutritional info that conflicts with the serving size, the serving size is always correct and the nutritional info is always correct. So don't worry about that. For example, Unfried Refried Beans says serves 6 but the nutritional info says "Per 1/8th recipe." Ignore the "Per 1/8th recipe". It's a mistake! That nutritional info is for 1/6th of the recipe and is correct.

There are a couple more that don't have total carbs listed. Namely:

Spicy Blue Potato & Corn Salad
Quinoa Salad with Black Beans & Toasted Cumin Seeds
Vietnamese Rice Noodle Salad with Grilled Tofu
Tamarind BBQ Tempeh & Sweet Potatoes
Fusilli Roasted Veggie Primavera
Easy Breezy Cheezy Sauce
Pasta de los Angeles
Caldo Verde with Crumbled Tempeh
Fresh Corn & Scallion Corn Bread

And a couple of other things:

pg 156 - Curried Scrambled Tofu with Wilted Arugula - never tells you when to add the lemon juice.

pg 122 - Baked Falafel - "parley" should be "parsley"

pg 115 - Chickpea Piccata - There's no salt listed in the ingredients, but the second paragraph says to add the salt.

I have a question. In the pasta con broccoli recipe, it calls for 1/4 cup of thinly sliced garlic, as well as three minced cloves of garlic. Is that right? It seems like a lot of garlic.

In the picture section, the Scarlet Barley is labeled Scarlet Barlety. I thought it was just a cool name for a dish. "ooh, what's barlety?"

I saw this too and was like "oh what's this exciting new dish? is there barley in it?"

Okay, so this isn't a typo so much as just an oddity I guess. The recipe for Chipotle Lentil Burgers says it makes 6 burgers, but the nutrition info is for 1/8th of a recipe. So that means a serving is... 3/4s of a burger? That seems weird.

It's for 6, not 8. I will fix! But the info is correct for 6.

yeah, there's a few of these weird things where under the recipe title it says 6 servings, but then in the nutritional info it says for 1/8 of the recipe:
Mango BBQ Beans
Black Beans in Red Velvet Mole
Unfried Refried Beans
so is the info correct for 6 servings on these as well?

Soft Broccoli Polenta says Serves 6, but the nutrition info is for 1/4 recipe.
info is for 6 again?

that's as far as i've gotten...

In the Soft Broccoli Polenta on page 77, there are 4 cups vegetable broth in the ingredients, but then the recipe says "bring the water and the 1/2 teaspoon of salt to a boil..." and there is no further mention of any vegetable broth in the recipe.

Oh man, this is awesome, because it means I can eat THREE of them for dinner instead of two.

For the Catalan Couscous Salad with Pears, the nutritional info next to the salad recipe says each serving has 45 calories, 25 calories from fat, 4 grams of carb, 1 of fiber, etc. Next to the Romesco Dressing, it says each 1/4 c serving of dressing has 220 calories, 34 g of carbs, etc. I think they put the couscous salad recipe next to the nutritional facts for the dressing, and the dressing recipe next to the nutritional facts for the salad.

Am I crazy or does the Tempeh Helper recipe not indicate where the Cheezy sauce comes in?

It means the broth!

Hee hee, sounds like it! Weird, cause I remember finding that typo and letting them know. Thanks!

THANK YOU guys, I will get these fixed. Just so you know: If there is any nutritional info that conflicts with the serving size, the serving size is always correct and the nutritional info is always correct. So don't worry about that. For example, Unfried Refried Beans says serves 6 but the nutritional info says "Per 1/8th recipe." Ignore the "Per 1/8th recipe". It's a mistake! Thanks!

I noticed in the hummus recipe it mentions that it is oil-free in the intro but there is a tablespoon of oil listed in the recipe.
So I wondered if the nutrition info included the oil or not?

Yes, the oil is included. I was going to do an oil-free one and decided against it, so that must be the problem there.

pg 108, Herb-Roasted Cauliflower and Bread Crumbs: it says drizzle the oil, but oil isn't listed in the ingredients. I assume it's 1 tsp? or did you deem the oil unnecessary? And is it included in the nutritional info?
