I made the triple chocolate cheesecake for Boyfriend's birthday a couple of months ago and it was a huge hit with his mostly-omni friends. One friend of ours was recently diagnosed with a bunch of intolerances including dairy, gluten, yeast, and most nuts. I made the cake gluten free as well and I think it blew her mind a bit that she could actually eat it. Job well done!
