Hi again Zsu!

Just wondering if the meringue cookies could be made into one whole meringue? I'm guessing baking time might be longer?

I want to attempt a pavlova!

I'm also curious about aqaufaba in vegan cheesecake-- if it would make it light and airy. I might have to try some experimenting!

I made the biscotti, subbing walnuts for pistachios, and they turned out beautifully! Very tasty. :)
