I don't have my tester copy but the word is that people have started getting copies so I thought I'd start a thread. The potato wedges are just amazing; I have eaten them probably weekly since I first made them (Celine, if you check when that was you'll get a total of how many times that is!). I don't know exactly what made the book so I'll wait until I get my copy to add to this thread.

I'm tapping my foot impatiently for us to receive the tester copies and send them out. I really wish we would get them before the books are quasi-officially on the market, but it doesn't seem to ever happen.
eta: I have no life and checked when I posted the recipe on the testyvegan site, and it was Dec 30th of last year. that would make a helluva lot of wedges ingested. I bow down to your skills!

Amazon is pretty generous with the search inside feature and it looks pretty good. I'm visiting my parents next week, so I decided I'm going to get it for my mom. She bakes, a lot. I have sent her vegan recipes of stuff but she has a lot of favorite betty crocker baking recipes and what not.

I pre-ordered a copy from Book Depository for X-mas and apparently it is on its way. Can't wait! Might sneak a peak via Amazon Look Inside in the mean time : )

I looked at it on amazon and it looks amazing! I love how it's arranged. And it is so beautiful! The pictures are wonderful.
The banana chutney recipe made me completely change my mind about chutneys. In a very positive way. As soon as I have my copy, I'll write down what else I liked.

This book is awesome! I have made a few recipes from it and so far they are really good! I am very happy to have found it at a local book store and now my mother wants a copy as well because it not only has great recipes but it also has great info on substitutions. I bought the book December 11th and I've been too busy to make to much but now that I'm on christmas break I will be cooking up a storm.

I'm just starting to cook from this, but have to chime in on how awesome the photos are! Love the layout, the arrangement, everything!

I looked at it earlier this week on Amazon. I was surprised how much you can view, but it looks like a great reference. It would be a great addition, and also something to share with others!

So far we have made the butternut lentil burgers (twice!), the potato wedges, and the fish-y sticks. All excellent! The other half of the household says the butternut burgers are his absolutely favorite veggie burger ever.
