I noticed something similar to this at the Green Edge that I thought might sub, so I"ll have a look. If it's amazing, it's worth a go!
and Veglicious - it also definitely affects the Soy Milky Kids and their new "Go" drink, I believe.

I made the Black Forest Bacon and it is excellent. My neighbour asked what was cooking because it smelled so good. I gave him a sample and he was shocked that it was seitan.
My carrot ginger burgers turned out very chewy. Not sure what I did wrong. The flavour is wonderful but the texture is really gummy.

My sister got me this for my birthday a few weeks ago and after drooling over the pictures and recipes for weeks, I finally made something out of it: The Broccoli and "Beef" Bowl. A definite winner! Can't wait to make more stuff from this book.

I just discovered this in the library this week. I'm anxious to try the Speculoos cookies.

It's been a long time since I've used this book, but today I made the cheesy chicken casserole, simply because I have a lot of homemade cheeses to use up (from Artisan Vegan Cheese). Also had half a package of silken tofu that I used to make sour cream. It turned out better than expected! Really nice and creamy. Topped it with walnut parmesan instead of panko which added some extra flavor.
