I've only made sweets from this book. I love the lavender chocolate chip cookies, and the anise, almond, poppy seed cookies are the best dunking cookies ever. What other recipes have people really enjoyed?

Everything I have tried has been great! It is a fabulous cookbook!

My favourites have been the Spinach Orange Yam Soup (fresh orange juice is key!), and Diana's Artichoke Heart Dip. For something earthy, I also liked Garbanzo and Edamame Beans with Spinach and Shiitake Mushrooms (but I use watercress). The Sweet Pepper Coconut Chowder is on my hit-list, because it just looks so good!

Those look like scrumptious cookies!

try the quick noodles with miso lemon tahini sauce. it's fantastic!

I don't have it, but once found a recipe online for a pad thai salad that was from the book and loved it.

I love this book ! Some favs:

Oyster Mushroom Ginger Soup – comes together fast and soooo good
Sweet Pepper Coconut Corn Chowder – delicious !

Almond Stuffed Mushroom Caps and Spinach Dip in Bread Bowl – often use them for parties

Another vote for the Quick Noodles With Miso Lemon Tahini Sauce and Thai Noodle Salad

Baked Kabocha Squash with Savoury Stuffing
Root Vegetable Pot Pie – PPKer Matwinser posted about this recipe on our old forum and it is now my go-to pot pie favourite
Roasted Vegetable Tomato Sauce – very tasty and great for garden veggie explosions
Vegetable Mochi Casserole – takes some time to make but with excellent results

Kahlua Chocolate Almond Cookies are fabulous
Rhubarb Pecan Muffins are the BEST muffins ever

It's pretty similar, if I remember correctly.

Thai Noodle salad
Orange Ginger cookies are outstanding and spicy. Not the best-looking cookies but amazing taste.
The quick lemon-tahini noodles are my go-to quickie for a delightful side or really quick meal.

Some others that slip my mind at the moment. This is an awesome cookbook that I just don't use enough.

I really like this book. The recipes are really creative!

I've made the sundried tomato spread, blueberry lemon lavender muffins, black bean sweet potato almond burgers, jalapeno chocolate cake, and coconut peanut sauce-all yum.

I love Extraveganza! Favourites off the top of my head: shiitake sake pate, lavender tarts, mochi vegetable casserole, pecan pie...I've tried a lot more savoury stuff but I can't recall the names. It is a great book!
