I have a big problem. I forgot my La Dolce Vegan cookbook at home. I made the roast before I left and have it with me. But now I don´t know how to make the marinade(or what you call it) that goes on top (I have with me all the ingredients ). Or what the oven should be on and how long to roast it! I hope someone out there can PM me the info.
