I would do it but maybe have to add some liquid to get it to blend well...good luck!

Yeah, it'll take some adjusting of liquid and seasoning but it'll totally work. I'm probably too late.

no not too late! I went with the ceasar chavez last night (yummmm....even with green olives subbed for capers....still don't know where the capers went...)

I'm going give the sanctuary a go tonight with the other tofu! Thanks! As an aside I can't find the mori-nu anywhere...none of the supermarkets carry it and WholeFoods didnt have any either...arghh, I miss NYC!

I just want to say I never find mori-nu among the other tofus, like in the dairy case/refrigerated sections, I usually find it on a shelf somewheres, because it's vacuum packed or whatevs. Where I find it on the shelf tends to vary from supermarket to supermarket, often in the Asian cooking supplies though (rice noodles, rice paper wraps, soy sauces, etc.) or in the health food section on one of the shelves.

just wanted to mention that it's often stored in a different place from the refrigerated tofus, in case you weren't aware.
