Hi,
I'm from Brazil and I'm having a hard time doing the girls cupcakes recipes.
Until now, I've tried, basic chocolate cupcake and the golden vanilla.
The first one is realy fluffy, but the taste is a kind of metalic. To much baking powder?
The vanilla gets to moist and sticky.
Somebody can help me?

Hi sweetie!
I'm from Brazil also, so, I guess I could be talking to you in Portuguese, but... What's the fun in that? :)
I made LOTS of those recipes and all of them came perfect.
I think the secret is following precisely the measures.
Do you have measuring cups and spoons?
If not, is better to achieve some.
If you live in São Paulo, I can give you tons of hints and tips! Whataya think?
