I'm making the Cherry Almond Granola this week from this book, I don't think it made the cut into the new book.

My copy arrived a few days ago! Last night we tried the asparagus, artichokes and spinach in cream sauce. It was sooooo good.

Mustard crusted seitan is one of the best things I've ever tasted. And it came together so quickly! I'm in love with this book.

It looks like it is now, forever more out of print. So thankful I got one.
Now I just have to figure out what to make from it. I'll have to use YRRGH instead though since both copies are at home.

appifanie :) thanks!
It's a bummer that I can't get my hands on the Potluck Manias because there are about 4-5 recipes that aren't in greatest hits. Boo. and it's stuff i LOVE. Mushroom Barley Soup, Falfels...

joanna - what shipping method do you use?

I gave my mom my original copy and she won't give it back so I need one for myself now!

DID is the best shipping way...the cost is also very reasonable.
