I just got this book for my birthday and can't wait to try it out with all of the praise it has gotten!

Geez, when I have a little extra money I think I need to order a second copy (hopefully they'll still be available!) Mine is so torn up - it's literally in three pieces. I mean, even VWAV is only missing it's cover in addition to stains.

I just got this book a few weeks ago. Since everyone was raving about the mustard crusted seitan, I had to try that first. It did not disappoint. I served with the collard greens and some mashed sweet potatoes. Really delicious! I'm looking forward to trying other recipes.

I just made the Lentil Soup on Friday. Best I've ever had. I ate it at every meal for 2 days. My husband loves it as well.

I made the Tamale Pie the other night. It's goddamn delicious, and it was even better the next day. I added some hot sauce at each serving, cause I wanted a little spice. Next time, I might add some chipotles to the sauce.

I can't wait to try more recipes!

Mine came today! As I quickly flipped through it, I'm already htinking of ordering another because I can think of a few people who would also enjoy it.

Now the hard part is just deciding what to make first because there are so many things that I want to try.

my husband got me one and it arrived yesterday. He had it delivered to the house so i knew when i saw the return address. Christmas in less then two weeks away.

I made the Sloppy Joanna's over the weekend and they were devoured by all even the picky teenagers. These are my favorite Sloppy's to date and they are going into the regular rotation.
