I'm making the Cherry Almond Granola this week from this book, I don't think it made the cut into the new book.

My copy arrived a few days ago! Last night we tried the asparagus, artichokes and spinach in cream sauce. It was sooooo good.

Mustard crusted seitan is one of the best things I've ever tasted. And it came together so quickly! I'm in love with this book.

It looks like it is now, forever more out of print. So thankful I got one. Now I just have to figure out what to make from it. I'll have to use YRRGH instead though since both copies are at home.

appifanie :) thanks! It's a bummer that I can't get my hands on the Potluck Manias because there are about 4-5 recipes that aren't in greatest hits. Boo. and it's stuff i LOVE. Mushroom Barley Soup, Falfels...

I just really started to really concentrate being vegan so right now I have nothing to swop, but I hope to work something out
and I actually saw that too Kelly/mrsbadmouth. :) I think there is a part of me that wants to know... but what are the other recipes like :)
