I'm making the Cherry Almond Granola this week from this book, I don't think it made the cut into the new book.

My copy arrived a few days ago! Last night we tried the asparagus, artichokes and spinach in cream sauce. It was sooooo good.

Mustard crusted seitan is one of the best things I've ever tasted. And it came together so quickly! I'm in love with this book.

It looks like it is now, forever more out of print. So thankful I got one.
Now I just have to figure out what to make from it. I'll have to use YRRGH instead though since both copies are at home.

It's a bummer that I can't get my hands on the Potluck Manias because there are about 4-5 recipes that aren't in greatest hits. Boo. and it's stuff i LOVE. Mushroom Barley Soup, Falfels...

You're so welcome! Also, I've never put in my two cents about how amazing the nacho sauce from this book is. I make it all the time. Love love love it.

That's one of my favourites! I have a suspicion it didn't make it over into Yellow Rose Greatest Hits though. :(

That is such a shame! Its so simple and comes together with almost no effort but has a fantastic depth of flavor. I was moaning while eating it. It was so incredibly good.

hey there - it's just down and i don't have the time/inclination to get it back up. but it still exists, just moved my hosting from $100+/year solution to $20/year solution since i don't really need bang/whistles for a site that is no longer being updated.

I have been making the Creamy Oatmeal recipe every morning since the weather turned cold here, for some reason I thought making oatmeal would be time consuming. I think those instant oats you cook in 30 seconds in the microwave have created a false belief in my mind that real oats must automatically be a time suck. :)

The revival of this thread inspired me to buy a used copy on Amazon. Can't wait to start cooking from it!!
