My sis is allergic to corn, would coconut oil and butter flavoring work in place of the EB?

i don't see why it wouldn't. the butter flavoring might not be vegan, so i'd go with just coconut oil.

Well, I only had the ingredients to do it once and it's for a slumber party/bridal shower tomorrow night. So, I bought her some of the ones at Trader Joe's and made the VCIYCJ ones according to the recipe. But I'll probably try it at some point with the coconut oil for her. She's a big fan of rice crispy treats.
