i borrowed this from a pal and am excited to make some soups. any recommendations? has anyone made the butternut miso soba soup? i think that's on my menu for tonight.

I have a hard time picking soup recipes. I love soup, but I can never get a feeling if i'll like it like i can for other food.


side note: is there any kind soul that could list the ingredients for that soup? i'm at work and am getting paranoid i dont have an ingredient at home.
