I got clean start front the library and really want to buy it - I have cooked from it several times so far, and it's just a beautiful book. I flipped through Clean Food and though the recipes looked good, I didn't find it as inspiring. There are a lot of recipes that have flavor combinations or ingredients that I wouldn't think of on my own, so it seems worth having in that regard, though a lot of the dishes are pretty simple. I end up buying lots of things like different seaweeds, etc. and then not knowing what to do with them, so I like it for that. If you don't have access to some harder to find ingredients, though, it might be a little more difficult. But I live in Iowa, and I can find most of it if I trek to an asian grocery or heath food store occasionally.
